Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs at  the college of Medicine University of Basrah, Prof. Dr. Nowfal Ali Mubarak, met a number of engineers supervising the completion of the university hospital project.

The two parties discussed the possibility of establishing the power plant of the university hospital and were briefed on the achieved completion rates and the period of time for implementation.
