The teacher at the college of Medicine , University of Basrah, Dr. Imad Khudair Abbas, participated in a committee to discuss the doctoral thesis in the college of Science for the student Israa Youssef for her thesis entitled "histopathological  and immuno-chemical study of some of the chemical markers associated with colorectal cancer in the province of Basrah"
