The College of Medicine University of Basrah is preparing to open its new sports halls in the presence of the President of the University on Sunday, 11/12/2023 at ten in the morning.

The Chairman of the Central Committee Organising the Opening,. Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Mohammed Younis Al-Atabai, stated that the curriculum of the opening ceremony will include a number of events, the first of which is the reading a verse  from holy Quran, followed by the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah on the souls of the martyrs and the speech of the President of the University.

It is noteworthy that the college of Medicine earlier formed a number of committees to follow up the preparations for the opening of the sports hall.
